The MTR Kwun Tong Line and East Rail Line are both connected to the complex, with direct air-conditioned pedestrian access (take Exit 'C' at MTR Kowloon Tong station). From Waterloo Road, car drivers should follow Cornwall Street to Tat Chee Avenue, where Festival Walk is located across from the City University of Hong Kong.
