If approaching by private car, Festival Walk is best accessed via Waterloo Road. From Waterloo Road, car drivers should follow Cornwall Street to Tat Chee Avenue, where Festival Walk is located across from the City University of Hong Kong.

Drivers can now use their Octopus, VISA Card or MasterCard directly at the tollgate machines when entering and leaving the car park.

Shoppers wanting to redeem Hourly Parking Ticket(s) can do so with ease at the Car Park Service Kiosks, situated at Levels P1, P2 and P3.


The normal parking rate is HK$22 per hour.
