* In a maximum of 2 same-day electronic payment receipts from merchants.
* Minimum HK$100 spending on each transaction is required.
^ Quotas apply on a first-come, first-served basis, while stock lasts. Each My FESTIVAL member can join the redemption once. Tickets will be randomly assigned to performances between 4 December and 27 December 2026 and are not refundable. 
- My FESTIVAL member can enjoy the reward and accumulate bonus points at the same time.
- Simply present your original same day receipts from Festival Walk merchants and the corresponding electronic payment receipts of eligible tenants and a valid My FESTIVAL membership ID for redemption. The name of the holder of the Designated Electronic Payment Method must be the same as the registered Member’s name.
- All Eligible Transaction Documents will be stamped with a “Redeemed” chop. Stamped receipts cannot be used for a refund at the relevant Festival Walk outlet.
