Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotion period runs from 1 to 14 July 2019 (both dates inclusive, the “Promotion Period”).
2. Shoppers must present the original same-day sales receipt and the corresponding electronic payment receipt (the “Eligible Transaction Document”) in person at Customer Service Desk on Level UG at Festival Walk from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm during the Promotion Period on the day of purchase for redemption. Photocopied, revised, reprinted or handwritten receipts, handwritten transaction sales slips and cash payment receipts will not be accepted.
3. During the Promotion Period, shoppers who use credit card, debit card, EPS, UnionPay Card or Octopus Card to spend HK$500 or above on the same day with Eligible Transaction Document(s) originated from a designated Children’s Fashion/ Toys’ store at Festival Walk will receive a Banana Boat Baby Sunscreen Roll-on SPF 50+ (75ml) or Banana Boat Kids Sunscreen Roll-on SPF 50+ (75ml).
4. Transaction is not applicable to purchase of merchant’s cash coupons/shopping vouchers/store value cards/gift cards, value-adding receipts from any shops, Alipay transactions, WeChat Pay transactions, charity donations, exchanges/refunds, bill payment, insurance, investment, bank services, finance services, telecommunications services, split transaction, membership fee, car parking fee, electronic vehicle charging fee, locker rental fee, tenants in office building transaction, installment transaction, fraudulent transactions, and unauthorized transaction. For deposit payment or installment transactions, only the first deposit payment or the first installment amount will be eligible on the day of payment. The balance amount of the relevant transaction will not be eligible for the redemption for the entire Promotion Period.
5. All outdated sales receipts or electronic payment receipts are not eligible for this promotion. Sales receipts from cash advance, internet purchase, mail order, phone order, finance charge, late-payment charge or annual fee and any transaction slip not issued for a genuine transaction at Festival Walk or which has been subject to a cancellation, charge-back, return of goods or refunds will not be accepted.
6. Each Eligible Transaction Document will be entitled to participate in the redemption once. All Eligible Transaction Document(s) must be stamped with the “Redeemed” chop for record purpose after completion of the redemption. Stamped receipts cannot be used for a refund at relevant merchant’s outlet.
7. The gift is available on a first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts.
8. Customer Service Officer will determine the eligibility of each transaction. Festival Walk (2011) Limited (“FW2011”) has the right to record (including photocopy) the spending details including the credit card number, cardholder name, the merchant name and the transaction amount for gift redemption processing and verification purposes. Information collected by FW2011 will be used for verification of the promotion only.
9. During the entire Promotion Period, each shopper can only redeem a maximum of one Banana Boat Baby Sunscreen Roll-on SPF 50+ (75ml) or Banana Boat Kids Sunscreen Roll-on SPF 50+ (75ml) per person per day.
10. All redeemed gifts are not cancelable, transferrable, refundable or exchangeable for cash and cannot be resold.
11. Staff of Festival Walk and its tenants are not eligible to participate in this promotion and cannot redeem the gifts on behalf of others.
12. Visuals of related promotional materials (if applicable) are for reference only. Redeemed gift(s) will not be replaced if lost or damaged. Redemption gifts are subject to such quality assurance Terms and Conditions as provided by the supplier. FW2011 accepts no responsibility and no liability for any matter relating to the conditions and quality of redemption gifts provided by the respective suppliers.
13. FW2011 reserves its right to change, suspend or terminate the offers or amend the Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
14. In case of any disputes, FW2011 reserves the right for the final decision on all matters.
15. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
16. All shoppers who participated in the redemption are presumed to have read, accepted and agreed to abide by the above Terms and Conditions. Otherwise, the shoppers will be considered to have forsaken their rights to participate.
