My FESTIVAL members using a credit card, debit card, EPS, UnionPay or Octopus to spend HK$1,000* or above in a single transaction (or in a maximum of two transactions from two different outlets) on the same day at Festival Walk, and presenting a valid My FESTIVAL membership ID** will receive a HK$100 Festival Walk Gift Voucher***.   

 

 
Extra Dining Privilege
You will receive an additional HK$50 Festival Walk Gift Voucher*** if the spending of HK$1,000* includes at least one receipt of HK$100 or above from a designated Food & Beverage outlet^ at Festival Walk. The HK$50 Festival Walk Gift Voucher must be redeemed with the redemption of the HK$100 Festival Walk Gift Voucher at the same time. 

 

 

My FESTIVAL members must present a valid membership ID, the original same-day Festival Walk transaction receipts, corresponding designated electronic payment receipts and identity documents for redemption at Concierge from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm on Level UG. The name of the holder of the designated electronic payment method must be the same as the registered member’s name.

* Receipt from a single transaction must be HK$1,000 or above or in a maximum of two same-day transaction receipts from two different outlets, each for HK$100 or above (excluding tips). Transactions made at 7-Eleven, Apple Store, Challenger, Jumpin GYM U.S.A. and Nissan Intelligent Hub are not eligible for redemption.
** Shoppers can download the Festival Walk mobile app to a smartphone and register as a My FESTIVAL member for free. Receipts used for redemptions cannot be registered for any bonus points.
*** Available while stock lasts. During the entire Promotion Period, each My FESTIVAL member can redeem a maximum of a HK$50 Festival Walk Gift Voucher and a HK$100 Festival Walk Gift Voucher per day.  Each Festival Walk Gift Voucher is valid until 31 January 2022. The unused value of Festival Walk Gift Vouchers will be forfeited after expiry and will not be replaced or re-issued.
