Using a credit card, debit card, EPS, UnionPay or Octopus and presenting a My FESTIVAL membership ID** can redeem one set of HK$500 Festival Walk Designated Outlets’ Shopping Coupons^^

To redeem the offers, My FESTIVAL members or American Express Cardmembers must present a valid membership ID (if applicable), valid American Express Card (if applicable), the original same-day Festival Walk transaction receipt, corresponding designated electronic payment receipt, and the original copy of the identity document at the Concierge on Level UG from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. The name of the holder of the designated electronic payment method must be the same as the registered My FESTIVAL member’s name.

^* A minimum of HK$1,000 or above in a single transaction (excluding any tips). Transactions made at 7-Eleven and Apple Store are not eligible for redemption.
^** You can download the Festival Walk app to your smartphone and register as a My FESTIVAL member for free. Receipts used for redemptions cannot be registered for any bonus points.
^{^} From September 1 to October 10 2021, either My FESTIVAL member or American Express Cardmember can redeem a HK$50 Festival Walk Gift Voucher once per day.
