Daily quota per spending tier are 100 redemptions (Monday to Friday) and 200 redemptions (Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) respectively, while stock lasts. Redemptions will cease without prior notice when the daily quotas are full.  Each My FESTIVAL member can redeem a e-Gift Voucher (HK$100 or HK$200) and a Mask Set per day.  

 

My FESTIVAL members must present a valid membership ID, the original same-day Festival Walk transaction receipts, corresponding designated electronic payment receipts, and identity document for redemption.  The name of the holder of the Designated Electronic Payment Method must be the same as the registered Member’s name.

* Shoppers can download the Festival Walk app to a smartphone and register as a My FESTIVAL member for free. Receipts used for redemptions cannot be registered for any bonus points.

** In a maximum of four same-day transaction receipts, each for HK$300 or above (excluding tips and purchase of any cash coupon/gift voucher). Transactions made at 7-Eleven, Apple Store, Challenger, Jumpin GYM U.S.A. and Nissan Intelligent Hub are not eligible for redemption.
*** e-Gift Voucher(s) and the redemption QR code(s) of the Mask Set(s) will be saved in members’ accounts after successful redemption and will be valid until 30 November 2022. Any unused e-Gift Vouchers and/or the redemption QR codes of the Mask Sets will be forfeited after expiry and will not be replaced or re-issued. Other Terms and Conditions apply to the e-Gift Vouchers. Please present the redemption QR code at BEYORG | Beyond Organic (Shop UG-17) to collect the Mask Set.  Photographs or mobile screenshots of the QR Code are not accepted.
