Terms and Conditions for Membership, General Benefits and Offers (English only):
1.      Membership is only available to students with a valid Student ID Card issued by universities in Hong Kong or other Hong Kong Institutes (Accredited Post-secondary Programmes – iPASS) and application must be through the U Card App.  The App is only available for iPhone IOS 9.0+ and Android 4.4+ platforms.
2.      The Student ID Card must be uploaded and verified at the time of application.
3.       Each person can apply for ONE membership only. Duplicate applications will not be accepted.
4.      The U Card membership is non-transferable and must be used exclusively by the U Card App Member.
5.      New applications must be made within the designated periods. U Card members can redeem ONE set of welcome gifts only upon their successful application during specific recruitment period in every September. Subsequent re-applications at any later date will not be eligible for the welcome gift. U Card members can also enjoy ONE birthday gift per year, as long as they have maintained a valid membership for at least 30 days prior to their birthday.
6.      U Card members can enjoy the offers listed in the “Offers to U” leaflet by presenting a valid e-coupon on their U Card App in person at the time of purchase. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, coupons, or for any fixed-price, on-sale and concessionaire items.
7.      All privileges are valid at participating shops and restaurants at Festival Walk only.
8.      All privileges are subject to the Terms and Conditions stated on the communication materials, and privileges are subject to change without prior notice.
9.   Festival Walk tenants reserve the right to record the transaction for verification, including the U Card member’s name and membership number. All offers are valid for the U Card App Member to redeem in person only.
10.   Festival Walk (2011) Limited (hereafter called FW2011) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any U Card application.
11.   Upon becoming a member of the U Card programme, members agree that FW2011 may from time to time correspond with members, electronically if necessary, regarding member activities and for promotional purposes.
12.   In case of any disputes, the decision of FW2011 and participating merchants shall be final.
