My FESTIVAL members using a credit card, debit card, EPS, UnionPay or Octopus to spend in at least two different stores on the same day and present a valid My FESTIVAL membership ID1 will receive fabulous gifts and Lucky Draw Tickets to participate in the Lucky Draw to win a new Honda CR-V Turbo worth HK$379,880 (FRT inclusive).

Each member can redeem a maximum of one gift set in each spending tier per day.

My FESTIVAL members must present a valid membership ID, the original same-day Festival Walk transaction receipts, corresponding designated electronic payment receipts and identity document for redemption. The name of the holder of the Designated Electronic Payment Method must be the same as the registered Member’s name. 

Gift Redemption Counter Opening Hours:  11:30 am – 10:00 pm 

1 Shoppers can download the Festival Walk app to your smartphone and register as a My FESTIVAL member for free. Receipts used for redemptions cannot be registered for any bonus points.
2  In a maximum of four same-day transaction receipts, each for HK$500 or above (excluding the amount for tips payment).
