Redemption Venue & Time: Concierge (UG) | 11:00 – 22:00 

 

Simply present your original same day receipts from Festival Walk merchants and the corresponding electronic payment receipts or American Express® Card and relevant transaction slips (if applicable) and a valid My FESTIVAL membership ID for redemption. The name of the holder of the Designated Electronic Payment Method must be the same as the registered Member’s name.


^ In a maximum of four same-day transaction receipts. No minimum spending requirement for each transaction receipt.  Each member can participate in the gift redemption only once per day. 

* Daily quotas are set and on a first-come, first-served basis while stock lasts (except for Lucky Draw e-Ticket).
